About Me
Jean-Mornay du Plessis is a scientific macrophotographer with a plant-science background — trained in plant science and controlled-environment horticulture, and specialised in high-magnification visual documentation of botanical specimens.
His independent imaging practice develops and applies precision methods — automated focus rails, microscope objectives and extended-depth-of-field stacking — to document plant structures, arthropod interactions and horticultural specimens with publication-quality results.
